?Abstract? Since 1990s, the market environments of enterprises changed very greatly, market demand is fast changing, the life cycle of the products is shorter and shorter, the customer?s demand is trended towards more and more individualizedly. This has proposed the severe challenge to enterprises for integrating resource and responding market quickly. Under such a environment, none of enterprise can strong to have all resource to make response quickly to complicated and changeable market demand at any time. With the Constant subdivision of labor in the society , development of the economic globalization and information technology and network technology, it become a good choice for more and more enterprise to integrate resource outside and collaborate each other to cater for market, even in the global range. Many new type organizations such as virtual organization (the dynamic alliance of enterprises) and the modularized organization is exactly a result under this background. In this kind of environment of coordinative operation, the business procedure which finished by an enterprise are now organized by different organizations. For example, in the collaborative manufacturing environment, the design of products may be finished by professional design institute, the manufacture task may be deal to several manufacturers, and i purchase are finished by dozens of suppliers. At this moment, the most crucial problem is finding out a method among organizations to support design?manufacture?purchase?marketing, share information, combine relevant business procedure, and enable each participating enterprise working together to deal with the market . And this is just the question which the collaborative commerce pays close attention to.Collaborative commerce (Collaborative Commerce, C-Commerce or CC for short) is also called collaborative E-commerce. The concept was first put forward by Bruce Bond in his research report?C-Commerce:The New Arena for Business Applications?August 1999. Then the Gartner Group Company issuance it and defined it as a business strategy that motivates value- chain partners with a common business interest to generate value through sharing information at all phases of the business cycle (from product development to distribution). The goal is to enhance profitability while satisfying ever?increasing customer demands. All members of the value chain benefit by combining their core competencies to create a new product or service that is of higher value than the sum of its components. This concept caused heavy response in business circle. Then many world-famous advisory companies?journalism organizations?IT manufacturer put towards their own opinion on CC. The software company such as SAP?Oracle put out support IT solution supporting CC. At present, Haier,?Faw-Volkswagen?Lenovo have putted CC in practice fully.The enterprises that aim at the same market demand and practice CC form a collaborative commerce chain (CCC). CCC is a complicated system with parallel operation of pieces of logistic flows?funds flows and information flows, which to ensure the that the products of correct quantity and quality reached the correct place by high-efficient and low cost.Enterprise which implement in CC have advance in respond?flexibility and low cost . However, because CC operating in the complicated market environment in, and the different enterprise have different system?ability?culture?quality of staff, business links are numerous,business procedure are complicated, CCC have large risk in its operation. Under this background, it?s important to carry on overall research in CCC, analysis the mechanism to produce risk, evaluate the risk , control of risk,etc. This has important theory meaning and practice value to relevant theories which perfect the theory of CC, ensure the CCC to operate successfully, assist the enterprise in CCC obtain Competition advantage.This thesis included seven chapters. Chapter one introduced the background and purpose of the thesis and the current research situation briefly. Chapter two introduced the relevant theories of CCC; and on the basis of summarizing relevant theories of Collaborative Commerce and risk management, we defined the CCC and its risk management and provides the general mode of CCC risk management. In the Chapter three, we found out the source and influence factor of CCC risk as the result of analyzing of CCC risk. In the chapter four on the basis of discerning to the risks, we used the method of fuzzy comprehensive appraisal to assess the CCC risk. Chapter five come up with the general tactics and method controlled CCC risk. Chapter six designed a CCC risk management information system integrated with Web platform and Case-Base Reasoning. The last chapter is summarized this thesis and looked into the distance on the research.The main innovation of this thesis are: First of all, domestic to still just starting the research of CC at present, lack to the overall research in CCC risk management ,in this respect, this thesis has some innovative; Secondly, this thesis explain the concept of CCC and proposed a subject model; Third, we analysis and research fully the risk source, identify risk, risk conduction and risk control and carried on overall analysis and studied, have proposed a general mode of CCC risk management; Fourth, structure a CCC risk management information system with Web platform and Case-Base Reasoning.
